1) THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT:
• If a wrong product is delivered to the customer, Mobile Geeks Pakistan will arrange free pickup and shipping from the customer. • Once the wrong product is received by us, we will dispatch the right product or refund the amount within 3 working days as per the customer’s request. • The product should be unused and the packaging should not be damaged. • The product should be sealed in its original product packaging. • All supporting documentation such as invoice of purchase, price tags, labels, and warranty card as well as all accessories should be dispatched with the product which were included at the time of delivery.2) THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT OR WANTS TO CANCEL
• If the customer has a change of mind on his order he/she can apply for a refund within 3 days of delivery and without opening the product packaging. • If the product packaging has been opened, or damaged or the product is found to be in a used condition return/refund will not be applicable. • In case of a change of mind return shipping fee will be paid by the customer himself/herself.3) THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT:

Well I got my airbuds within 2 days and using on daily basis the best thing about it that the battery timing is so much better and sound quality always good in audionic love ya❤️
[...]I used this airbud and I experienced that the sound quality is not bad. When the volume is full high then sound little bit disappointed. Mic is also not making the clarity in voice chats while using WhatsApp. I needed to speak louder. Overall condition and bettry timing is good.
